Everyone saw your question the first time. Please refrain from reiterating your question, as explained here. We have lots of other useful tips for asking questions on JavaRanch as well.

Shriniwas,

Well it depends upon you first of all.

Your priority Factors:

1. Money

2. Technical Growth.

I agree here that TCS is not going to pay a lot. But if get TCS COE (Center of Excellence) Pune Center. Then you will be higher side in terms of Technical growth.

So that's why First let me know about your Work Expereince. Then only we can suggest you.

A nice mix of both should be good enough for majority people I think.

if this is TCS pune, you wont be getting any onsite chances and the pay will also be much lesser as compared to t-systems.

I partially agreed with Rajesh.

In TCS Pune you won't get so much onsite chances. But I want to correct Rajesh, that it's TCS COE(Center Of Excellence) Pune.only. Else otherwise in all other TCS Pune's office you may get Onsite but that's depends upon the project you get allocated.

I hope it makes clear you.

There is not much difference in salary..In TCS its 4.5 & In T-Systems getting around 4.8.

In TCS there is a Project which is related to Embedded Systems..Whereas there is a cjance to work on ASP.NET in T-Systems.
