There are companies in NCR which pays well .Adobe, Sapient, Freescale semiconductor and more

Sapient used to be the best salary wise in the Java/J2EE space back when I was in working in Delhi (2 years ago)

It's still paying the best salary . One of my friend having 1.5 year of core java experience has got an offer of 4.8 recently. It's not bad.
