Seems like an easy question, but I have searched everywhere without a definitive answer. I am running tomcat4.1.24. I am creating my first bean and am using it in a JSP page I have created. I have compiled the Bean sucessfully and now I need to know where it goes. What is the exact path that I need to put this class in? I am not using any packages or jar files, just a compiled bean(class).

Hi Buddy,
Below is the path, if you are working on Window platform:
C:\jakarta-tomcat-5.0.9\webapps\firstApplication\WEB-INF\classes
You will have to create application in webapps directory. Like i did in above URL. There would be an WEB-INF/classes directory, in which you will have to places all of your classes or packages..
