how much oracle pay to a fresher

hi just wanted to how much does oracle offer to freshers especially recruited from campus like REC/NIT etc.
actually oracle is to visit for campus recruitment at my brother's college.

so just wanted to find out the stats.

so they offer 4lpa to a fresher and close to 6-7lpa to 3-3.5 year experienced guy as mentioned in a related current thread??

that would mean less than 20% jump pa.

is that so??

I am not sure about the figures, but the sad (depends on whom you are asking- fresher or professionals) truth is that, on an average, there not much significant difference between what a fresher gets and 2-3 years professional gets. Depends on when you joined and how were the market conditions.

Oracle pays really well in Campus selections at premier institutes.

From what I get to know from one of my friends they paid around 6.5 LPA for 2006 Comp Science grads at a reputed institure.

Oracle offered 7.2 LPA to my friend's brother.

He is M.Tech fresher from IIT.

Wrong there.

Your calculation above assumes that 3-3.5 years ago, a fresher earned 4LPA. (Which is unlikely)
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
