We have developed an application using J2EE,Websphere 3.5.7,IBM Secureway etc..
But,I have to enter the userid/password twice to login into the website. Kindly suggest, why this is happening and the likely solution.

What do you mean by entering UserID/Password twice? Your application displays a Login page user will enter the username and password and then submit the page then you will process and varify the user entry and then display whatever page.

Explain your problem briefly and post the code in which you are facing problem.

I mean when ever I login,I will enter the userid/password.But the same page is displayed again.
So,I will enter the userid & password again.
Then I will be able to login the website.

Does your browser perhaps have cookies disabled? Are you using programmatic login or Basic Authentication in WAS?
