Can I have more than one war file in an ear file?
I know I can have more than one jar files in
one ear file. Thanks.

Yeah, s'd not be an issue . The application.xml file for the ear supports mulltiple <module> elements that in turn can have <web> elements.
So you s'd be able to configure multiple wars inside a ear.
