Should I use Stored Procedure with EJB?

Hi!!!
I am building some sms related application.
We have finalized to use oracle as our DB and weblogic as the AppServer.

I am not much familiar with database programming .
Can you tell me when to use StoredProcedure (with/without) entity(or session) bean.

Any helpful links will do help.

If you start putting your SQL 'somewhere else' you loose control of it. I'd say start without stored procedures. If its taking 'a long time', you might consider creating the stored proc in your code, and downloading it to your database once, at first use. The worst approach is to have some other tool and maybe some other person mucking about with the SQL that your application depends upon.
