I am studing EJB and get a question on the following question

Which are ways in which a client can get a reference to an existing entity object's local component interface

1. call ejbCreate
2. object eht reference from the handle
3. receive the reference as a parameter in a method call

the answer is 3.

I understand it cannot be 1 and 2. But why 3?
