This week's book giveaway is in the Testing forum. We're giving away four copies of The Way of the Web Tester: A Beginner's Guide to Automating Tests and have Jonathan Rasmusson on-line! See this thread for details.
I am trying to port a war file from Tomcat 4.0.6 to JBoss3.2.3.
I created an ear file and deployed the same to server/default/deploy. Copied all needed properties file and jars in the right place. The war/ear got deployed successfully and I could see the login page.
The war file has this structure: MyApp.war ----applets ----images ----META-INF ----help ----WEB-INF
Now I realise that none of the images are being seen on the pages. Earlier in tomcat4.0.6 the war file used to explode and I could just give a relative path to the images /webapps/<context name>/images/<image name>
But in Jboss3.2.3, the war file explodes in a tmp folder. How do I now give arelative path to an image file inside the images folder in the war file?
Please do give some pointers.
ENV : win 2k box with sp3, JBoss 3.2.3 (Tomcat 4.1.29), Oracle 8i etc etc.
Thanks and Regards, Anurag Varshney
