Hello folks,

I am relatively new to J2EE technology. I am developing an application that was initially expected to run on a single server on the WAS 5. Now, 2 servers have been configured in WAS on the same sever machine, one test and the other production environment.

My query: should I now implement a full-qualified name lookup for each resource? I have a heady mix of CMPs, BMPs and session beans.... all implementing the remote interfaces ONLY. I believe the full-qualified name is only required if I lookup a resource on another server/cluster (which I am not - all my beans go on the same server), but would like a confirmation from you veterans. :-) Does the remote interface usage necessitate full-qualified JNDI lookups?

Thanks in advance.
