Salary of 6+ years in Infosys

Hi,

I have 6.5 years of experience in core java.
Iam working in Wipro, Chennai. My CTC is 6.22 lakhs.
I got an offer of 7 lakhs from Infosys, Chennai.
It seems that CTC in Infosys consists of 40% variable pay.

Can anyone please tell me how much percent of variable pay is guaranteed?

Also please tell me whether it is worth leaving Wipro and joining Infosys for this CTC?
