I'm getting myself introduced to JavaMail by typing in the easy examples found in "teach yourself j2EE"

When dealing with javaMail I am getting the following error:

javax.mail.NoSuchProviderException: No provider for pop3

Anyone else had this problem? I can send messages but I don't seem to be able to retrieve them.

It's confusing because when I start JAMES I see this message on screen:

POP3 Service started plain:110
