Hi All,
I am having offers from two companies Accenture and Amdocs.
Amdocs paying me almost 20% more than Accenture. But not providing onsite and giving product developement whereas later puts me in Java project which may or may not have onsite. Both gives good work in Java. I heard that both are having good work culture and facility. So can you please help in deciding this?

2.Long Term
3.Pay
4.Onsite

Suhas,
Welcome to Java ranch . Please have a look at the new JD policy and refrain from posting questions like this.
