Specifying relative path in the property file in a jar

My EJB uses a property file that is included in its jar. This property contains path of another xml file. So I included the xml file in the jar. Howvere, how can i specify the relative path of the xml file in the property file in a jar so that the ear/jar class loader understands it?

any help would be appeciated.
