How can I stop / sart dynamiquely an MDB ?

in the programm code ? You have no chance, cause the MDB is triggered by the Container as a JMS Listener.
in the config it depends on the app server you use. With WAS for example you can start/stop the Listener ports to which the MDB is bound to.

You cannot start/stop the MDB from the program.
As Olli told for WAS we can start/stop the listener ports to which the MDB bean is configured to.
