I don't think you'd want to send an entire EJB SessionBean, if that's what you are asking. You should send the data, or at least the JNDI name for the session in your JMS message, if you must, and then invoke the SessionBean from the thread that is reading the JMS queue.
Search Google using the phrase "site:bea.com jms example". Replace bea.com with the site for your EJB vendor's site, if it is not Weblogic.
