J2EE vs TIBCO job market in US

Hi All,


I have 5 years of experience.
5 years on Java
2 years on TIBCO RV and BW.


Would like to know how is US job market for TIBCO.IS it that J2EE is better option for me to learn to fecth a job in US.

I keep getting TIBCO job offers based in the USA, which I cant take advantage of because of sponsorship issues. I'd say stick with TIBCO, but dump RV, take up EMS and TIBCO's BPM solutions. Try to specialise in one or two industries.
