Anyone can please tell me the appropriate salary in Paris, France and Singapore for 3+ years exp. Java/J2EE professionals?

hi

i was in france so i can tell whats the appropraite salary .
in grenoble (600 kms from paris) my french counterparts used to get 4500 Euros.and that was very good .
but paris is very expensive city so 6000 Euros is well enough.

I don't know how people from India go there and start working. I was trying for jobs in Singapore, New Zealand since 1 year and no consultant/company is ready sponsor visa/employment pass. Everybody look for the candidates who are ready to work in those countries.

your salary would be around 50k Euroes or a bit more.
Paris is very expensive, Find an apartment or a studio in zone 3/4 of paris , you will get the accomodation there for about 600 to 700 Euroes a month. + 400 to 500 euroes a month for food .
YOur overall monthly expenses will be close to 1200/1300 euroes or more depending upon your lifestyle.
Paris is one of the most expensive cities in the world.
