making .hprof file for an application  RSS feed

hi,
i have created a web application and would like to know the memory leak happening in that application.the application is running on apache tomcat on another machine. i have heard about heap analysis tool and netdumper but couldn't find any helpful insights into how this can achieved.so is there some way i can create an hprof file and access the entire heap info in a webpage or something....thanx in advance..
