Hi,

I got an offer from a company which is one of the top most companies of India. My current CTC is 2.4 and they are offering me 3.4 .
Total experience is 2.2 years.

Because of new policies , I can not mention the company name here.

Is the offer is ok from the salary point of view ?

A person with 2.2 experience can get offer that yield more than 3.4 - Send me your resume to me if you are open to relocate to Mumbai.

As per your current salary, it is okay. But as Chetan said, you can draw more.

You can send your resume to me also, if you are ready to move to Hyderabad.

Till the time you get another good offer, you can join this company if other factors are okay.

Dear Chetan,

How much can anyone expect having around 2+ Years Expereince, if interview goes fine overall.

Rathi,

Same for you???

Could you eloborate how much your company can provide to a 2+ Years expereinced professional..

You should ask for at least 4.0 if it is MNC or among top 15 India IT company.

I asked for 3.8, They said they can give this much only. And the company is among top 6.

We find this kind of rampant individuality very disturbing. But not this tiny ad:
