Hi Zhao,

J2EE applications get usually deployed as war, ear or jar files that have a standard structure. You can also deploy them in the exploded directory format (this is usually done in development), which is basically the same directory structure before archiving. In your case you need to deploy a web application. You can read more about packing web application here:

http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs81/webapp/basics.html#137207

Finally copy the war (or exploded directory) to $BEA_HOME/user_projects/domains/$MY_DOMAIN/applications. This is the default directory where your server looks for deployed application (you can change it if you want though). If your server runs in DEVELOPMENT mode then you can benefit of the "hot deployed" feature, which will automatically do the deployment for you (you dont have to do anything). Otherwise if your server runs in PRODUCTION mode you must use one of the WebLogic standard procedures for deploying the application (or you can change WebLogic to boot in dev mode and take the advantage of hot deploy). The easiest way though is to use the WebLogic console application and do the deployment from there.
And one more thing, the correct link will be:

http://localhost:7001/my_application_context_root/index.html.

Where the my_application_context_root is the name of your web application.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards.
