How to Import a file

Hello,

I am trying to import a .ldif file to ADS which is working properly. I tried the follwing in dos prompt.
ldifde -i -f ExportData.ldif

But it is givig the error "Failed on token starting with 'o' on line 4
0 entries modified successfully.
An error has occurred in the program".

Here is the first few lines of the export file which i am trying to import.
