Hi

I ve 5 + yrs of exp in Software testing. I ve got an offer from a company in Dubai. But yrt to negotiate in terms of my salary and other details. Can someone tell me how much should I quote as my salary. And how good is the IT Industry in Gulf compared to India? How is the cost of living in Dubai?

The cost of living in Dubai is quite high.
Small accomodation itself will cost you around 4000 AED onwards. Most likely the one that are available will be priced higher than this.

For a person having 5+ years expereince - the expectation should not be less than 15,000 AED. (which is minimum)
