What are you people doing Hibernate, EntityBeans or just plain JDBC? (of course some combinations with JDBC would be normal) too bad we can't have a vote. Any coments, problems anyone had?

Maybe I'm not typical, but I've never known anyone who has used Hibernate. On the other hand, just about every developer in my department - and we are talking about hundreds of people - knows JDBC. So, even if you don't particularly care for JDBC, there is a lot of familiarity and expertise with this API. And that's good enough reason to use JDBC in most cases.
