Websphere MQ supports the Dynamic Queue on most
of the IBM platforms. I do not know if we can use
Dynamic Queue through JMS. It seems JMS does not
support it fully.

Do other messageing providers (Sonic, Tibco, Vitria, ...) support Dynamic Queue?

JMS provides the ability to create temporary queues which be alive as long as the Queueconnection is alive. I am not sure whether you meant this.
