I want to extract the type = PROVISIONGTYPE and code ="CO LS" value from the following XML tag

I edited your post and removed the XML data you provided. It was brought to my attention that this information might not be privet to public eyes as it contained names and addresses.

If the information is bogus meaning, you made it up for this post, then I will gladly put the XML data back in. Otherwise, I suggest you replace the XML with information that is not at risk to public eyes.

Point being, if you had my name and address in that list and posted it here, I'd be upset.
