Should i go for Struts orEJB

i like to start for some new technology and i am confused that what to start first either STRUTS or EJB.
Please tell me that which technology have good scope in relation to carrier.

HI Garuv,
That depends upon your need . If u want to be component developer or middle ware guy go for EJB. Where as struts is an integration frame work .Which helps to have your bussiness logic associated with EJB. and Fornt end as jsp. I suggest you have look at struts first which takes one week to understand its concepts.

Hi Garuvu,

From a job perspective, you should probably start with Struts and follow EJB 2.0 after that, since there are so many legacy application using them. It will probably take you much less time to understand Struts than it will take you to master EJBs, because the technology itself is pretty complex and sometimes even cumbersome and contradictory. This won�t be an easy learning and sooner or later you�ll probably figure out yourself. However I�d like you to notice that I used the word legacy when I mentioned Struts and EJB 2.0 and this is a fact by now. They are already old and almost deprecated technologies and is just a matter of time before Spring, Hibernate or EJB 3.0 will completely replace them. So be ready to start learning new stuff pretty soon though.
