Hi Guys:

I have entity bean class with the XDOCLET comments

/**
* @ejb.pk class="java.lang.String"
* @ejb.transaction type="Required"
* @jboss.tuned-updates "true"
* @jboss.persistence create-table="true" remove-table="false" read-only="false"
* @jboss.container-configuration name="Instance Per Transaction CMP 2.x EntityBean"
* @jboss.persistence row-locking="true"
*/

If try to retrieve from my database sometimes it's not releasing record, some people are suggesting to make row-locking to false so record won't be held exclusively by one process. But this will cause dataintegrity problems also, Can you think of any other solutions to get rid of deadlocks.

Please let me know.
Thanks,
Anu
