Hi,

for a reason or another after one update one JNDI lookup stopped working for me. I'm looking for a variable from an ejb-jar.xml -file. The problem is that even the local component cannot be found, because I get "javax.naming.NameNotFoundException" where "remaining name 'comp/env/...". So the even the "/comp/env" -part is not found. What could be the reason for this?

Otherwise the application works fine.

Hi Jussi,

I guess you should post the code as well as the deployment descriptors. I understand youre using ejb references. Then make sure that your client looks up the ban using java:comp/env/MeBeanName

Hi again,

One more question though: does the failing code belong to a remote client or another server component (servlet, jsp, ejb, action struts class, etc)?

The part that throws:

And in my xml -file

Well, I think I don't have much time to check this. Did a kludge for that and have about two more hours to go for this day, and next monday is my last day at current job, during which I doubt that I have time to do anything useful.
