Hello,

I have 6 months experience.

Any tips on how proceed? (I have: 10 years mvs cobol;6 months servlet/jsp/log4j/jdbc/mq/wsad; certification in scjp 1.2,1.4, scbcd older one, scwcd, scdjws, ibm 285 wsad)

...things to watch out for (from high-level to low-level)

Currently, I am ready to take management position. I think I am intimidated somehow on taking scea; hesitating, like, hey, just do it.

But in same level, I may do the low-level j2ee activities too.
