job in bpm (bussiness process management application)

hi,
i am going to appear for HR round of one of the top company in the world,
,I am having 20 months + of real experience, and currently getting 3.05 L/pa in the current co.(cmmi 5 level co.)

the job profile will be developer using process management tools .. like www.savvion.com, jbpm (jboss) ..

so i have following questions, kindly answer them

1. how is work in this kind of application ? is some quality work there ?
i personally love coding v.much, so would you suggest go for developing such application

2. what is the future of this domain, . ?

3. how much i can demand from them ? my next appraisal in current co. is after 10 days, can i demand 4.5 to 5.0


kindly answer them asap, will be grateful to all ranchers

I have worked in development of BPM project. Development or enhancement of that project means you will get some coding stuffs..but using the BPM tool means, you may have to interact with the client and design the bussiness process for the client needs.
It is just similar to using any tool..you wont get coding.
If you want to stay in the same company for life long you can go for that

The co. i am selected for is v.v.big MNC its a BPO, so the BPM work is related to that
applications...

can you please tell me in deltails what kind of work there could be..
i mean in your reply you wrote both things like.. i will be having
coding and also no coding.. ??? so got confused v.much..

can you please guide me as my whole carrer depends on that... should
i go for BPM .. has it has some future as a domain and ... and how
much coding i m going to do .. if i used those tools like savvion and
filenet.. ? they told me that i have to used thier api's which are
in java a nd to define the process accordingly..

i don't know will my coding career will be there or what.. though its
a brand name but my main focus on programming...

and when on thrusday i talked their assitant vise president.. they
told me that work will be like that I have to use thier api (product
api ) to develop things and applications..

like that ... and sometime write your own things in jsp if
funcitonallity is not avaialble in the product api they were going
to use the product like
