Java Pet Store

I have been unsuccessfully trying to set up Java Pet Store 1.3.2 for quite some time. I keep coming across this error tho when i enter the command 'j2ee.bat -verbose' in to the console window which is below.

I've set the following environment variables:
JAVA_HOME, J2EE_HOME, PATH, but am I missing out on something. I am using Windows XP also, J2SDK1.5 and J2EE1.3

I'm in dire straits here you guys
