I have been a "fresher" at some point in time.
For "fresher" there is no need to advertise on job sites! Even if you go by internal company referal you would easily get 1000+ (easily more if an walkin) "freshers" turning out for the jobs! No wonder why job sites have to play a very little role here.
I think it is a nice learning experience anyways and nothing like ending up in a job on your own after all "those days"!
