Am getting the following exception
Exception:weblogic.management.ApplicationException: prepare failed for AdviceModule Module: AdviceModule Error: Exception preparing module: EJBModule(AdviceModule, status=NEW) Unable to deploy EJB: C:\weblogic8\jeetesh\bea\user_projects\domains\testdomain\applications\AdviceModule from AdviceModule: Error while deploying EJB 'Customer'. The bean is using container managed persistence version '2.x', but the beans persistence type is using version '{2}'. The types must be the same

where the EJBModule is 'AdviceModule' and the Entity Bean name is 'Customer'.
Am not posting the DD's to avoid clumsiness, but will post it if anyone requires so.
Thanks in advance,
Rudy

Hi,

You can validate and modify your DD using Weblogic Builder. May be this will solve your problem. you can also deploy your entity bean using same.
