Hi,
J2EE
5 and EJB 3.0 in particular are
promising technologies.
What are the most challenging migration
issues that you have encountered?
And how would you tackle them?

There is a chapter in the book dedicated to migration. I would suggest you take a look at it if you are truly interested in migration.
