hi,

Its really difficult to find a job in US from india. To work in US, you need to have an H1B visa. You can ask your current company to file a H1B. Or you can attend interview with some company who is ready to sponser H1B

All the best !!

Regards
Ayub

Hi,

I am also looking for onsite opportunity..you can subscribe for job groups. There are some consultancies which sponser H1B. subscribe to globaljobs@yahoogroups.com I am not sure whether they are genuine or not. Please do the check before proceeding.

Thanks and Regards
Ayub

Consider pursuing a MS/MBA degree from a reputable university in the USA if you are serious about a long term career there.
Or
Join another IT company in India that is known to send a lot of people onsite.

There really are very limited options as far as getting H1-B is concerned.
HTH,
Amit
