Hey I have been using Application Server PE 8 And after deploying the application I dont know where should i give the JNDI name. As mentioned in the Head First EJB I am supposed to JNDI name for the clinet to look for the Remote Stubs. But I Dont know where should I give the JNDI name in j2ee application server PE. please help me out.

You can define the JNDI name in the ejb-jar.xml file where you declare your EJB.
