Hi,
I am new to EJB. Can you please help out in
1. Can i start with EJB 3.0 or do i have go through EJB 2.x and then get with 3.0.
2. How long will it take for getting certified.(5 hours per day).
3. Can i take the beta SCBCD 5.0 offered by Sun.
4. Currently i have started going through the Sun specifications for EJB 3.0. Is this enough for the exam or do i have look for more books.

1. You can start straight from 3.0, although some basics about 2.x sure helps.

2. Depends on you.

3. You need at least SCJP

4. The exam is supposed to have questions about the things in the spec. So if you understand the spec, that should be ok. However, specs are huge. You need to check the objectives of the exam and find out which part of the specs are related to them.

Please also check the Naming Policy, and change your name accordingly :

Thank you
