can any one tell which is the best j2ee design for a normal j2ee application
having 100 web pages.
1> struts + hibernate
2> spring + hib.
3> jsf + hibernate
4> jsf + EJB3.0
5> velocity + struts+ hibernate
6> structs + jdbc
please reply me asap.

There's no one answer to this. It depends on the type of transactions you have, their relative volume, the user base, etc.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
