Dear sir i have created two interface on c:\ drive as follow

import javax.ejb.EJBObject;

public interface Loan extends EJBObject{

public float calculateInterest(float rate,float time,float amount) throws java.rmi.RemoteException;

}

Another one is

import javax.ejb.EJBHome;
public interface LoanHome extends EJBHome{
public Loan create() throws java rmi.RemoteException,javax.ejb.CreateException;

}

Now the problem is this that the create method of LoanHome interface is returning the refrence of Loan interfac and i have created both interface on same addres as on c:\ but i am getting the error like

LoanHome.java.5: Cannot resolve symbole
Symbole : class Loan
Location : interface LoanHome

1 error

Here what is the problem

The Loan class must be in the classpath when you compile LoanHome. Either compile both classes simultaneously, or include the directory where the classes are located in the classspath.
