Accessing EJB from java client

Hi,
I am using the weblogic server8.1 and deployed the jar. And i have written a nrmal java class from which i do the lookup and access the bean.How do i run that class. do i need to deploy that class to in the server.Please help me.

You can run it as an normal java program and access the bean. You will only have to specify the JNDI server location while doing a lookup through the InitialContext.

Also you might require some of the server's jar files in your java client's classpath
