Please, PLEASE!, don't write in all-uppercase letters. That's hard to read, and anyway considered impolite all over the 'net.

Also, please choose carefully which forum you post to. This question has nothing to do with the SCMAD certification, which this forum is all about. But we do have a J2EE forum, where this question would have fit perfectly.

The JEE downloads are here. You want the "Java Application Platform SDK". If you have no Java SDK installed yet, use the "Download with JDK" option. If you also want to install NetBeans as an IDE, use the "Download with Tools" option. The downloads contain installers, so you don't need to worry about installations.
