Hi Ranchers,
Thanks for great help / support you have given !
I need a final help to take some concrete decision.
I have 3+ Expr in J2EE, EJB, JSP, Core Java, JDBC, Swing and others like PL-SQL, UML, UNIX cloned systems, IBM Rational Software Modeler, SOAP, WS-BPEL, WSDL, XPath, XSD, XML etc. I am IBM Certified Solution Developer, Oracle Certified Associate and planning to do more in nearer future.
I have worked niche technologies as SOA WPS and eMatrix - PLM as well.
My company from India has filling my H1B for 2007 Quota which does not have any projection in USA further. Its all on LUCK, to get some assignment in USA with current employer.
Considering healthy market in USA for J2EE, One consultancy has approached me and ready to file H1B on 2500 $ + 12 month contract. Consultancy is reputed in USA market having 500+ consultants and app. 15 Million Revenues (as shown in website). There will not be any salary for bench period.
My salary will be around 5000$ when I will be working on project on Client location.

Shall I go for multiple H1B options rather than trying my LUCK in current company?
Ranchers, please.. please help me to take a final decision.
Time is less for me know.

Hi,

Many consultants have approached me for filing my H1B visa for April 2007 quota.

I am in confusion who are the genuine one and who are the fraud! Please help me out an dforward me some genuine consultants contact details.

every one is asking for at least INR 100000 as security deposit for 1 year contract.

I have got 5 yrs of IT exp and relevant 4.6 yrs of exp in MANUAL TESTING. have worked with MNC and currently working with India CMM level 5 company in Mumbai.

As less time is left now to finalise the matter. Please help me out.

Ram,

Already you had posted this question.

web page.

Once again I would suggest you to think hard and select one instead of multiple H1's.

It sure was nice of your sister to lend us her car. Let's show our appreciation by sharing this tiny ad:
