Hi,
When can you say that an EJB container of "frozen" or "hung", and how can I detect such a situation, if at all this is possible.

Thanks in advance

I have never heard that. Did you read this somewhere? Any context?

Actually when you start your J2EE server in a DOS Shell and mark some text in that DOS shell because you want to check for something in your server outputs you also stop the whole server and hence your EJB container. This I would call frozen or hung.
