Is a class with Weblogic better or Spring & Hibernate better

Hi everybody,

I am good at core java. I am planning to get into IT feild as a java developer. I wanted to take a J2EE course. One of the Institue-1 is offering Websphere server and weblogic...etc. The other intitute-2 is also offering kind of similar course but they are teaching Spring,Hibernate and WebSphere Studio Application Developer.

I am wanted which would be more helpful for me to get a good job. I need to deside this buy this weeked.
