I have a question to Authors of "EJB 3 in Action" book. I`ve noticed there is no EJB 3.0 book on the market yet, which fully covers new Sun Certified Business Component Developer Exam (EJB 3.0) stuff, like "Head First EJB" has covered old SCBCD exam.
My question is, how much helpful is "EJB in Action" to pass the new exam? How many exam objectives, which are listed here:

http://www.sun.com/training/catalog/courses/CX-310-091.xml

are not mentioned in "EJB 3 in Action" book?

Good question.
When SCBCD exam will use EJB 3.0 instead of 2.0?

Marcin:

The book does not specifically deal with the certification, but it will you a basic understanding of the EJB 3 technology. We are considering writing a separate book on the certification topic.

Well actually there are several EJB 3.0 books out there now but no SCBCD 5 (EJB3) Cert books out yet. I've found the following to be useful in case you haven't checked them out yet:

Mastering Enterprise JavaBeans 3.0 (Wiley)
Enterprise JavaBeans 3.0, 5th Edition (O'Reilly)
Beginning EJB 3 Application Development: From Novice to Professional (Apress)
