Hi All,

I am in confusion. I have been approched by several H1B consultants. I have total 10 years exp. out of which 4 years in J2EE and 6 years in pl/sql. I am in confusion should I go for H1 or should I look local company? If I choose H1B what should be decent salary? Ofcourse salary depends on location, but these consultant says they have clients all over US, so they can not guarantee of particular location. I am in confustion should I go for H1B or should I look for change here with decent company or should I look for UK opening. I am not earning much here in India. Just 6 lacs/annum. Please suggest me
