runtime error in EJB Client program

I am getting the following error when I am running Client program to call the Bean in OC4J server

javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Need to specify class name in environment or system property, or as an applet parameter, or in an application resource file: java.naming.factory.initial

But I dont have those j2ee.jar and appserv-rt.jar files in my system.
Where should I get those files.
