Hi,

In EJB 2.1, what kinds of beans get passivated? Can only stateless session beans be passivated (things in the pool) or can entity beans, stateful session beans, and MDB's also be passivated?

Also, are EJBObject's and Home objects (that the container instantiates) considered to be EJBs? If so, can those be passivated too? That way, when the client calls the Home object stub, the corresponding skeleton (which I think is referred to as "sketonish behavior" in the Head First book) be the one that unpassivates the actual non-Home object on the server.

Lots of questions... few answers so far. I appreciate any help!
