I have designed an architecture for an e-commerce site. Is there any problem with this architecture when it comes to live.??
STRUTS front end, Action class calls a Business Delegate which coverts the form objects to Tansfer Objects and in turn calls a controller EJB acting as a session facade and this calls the Entity Beans to do the DB operations.

The most obvious issue is your choice of Enity Beans. Why are you using them?

Struts is a framework that concentrates a lot more on the Controller part of MVC than anything else.

If you are relying on struts for the View, it's not really what it was designed for.

On another note, you really haven't described much about your application. What's it used for, what's the overall plan, how many users, and so on. People really won't be able to post any detailed info and answers because you really haven't told anybody what you are trying to do with this project.
